I moved into a new home in Burlington and discovered that it had a backyard in-ground pool measuring 20' x 40'. The pool was covered in a tarp, smothered by piles of dirt and a dead raccoon. Tod Bessery of Leisure World provided a competitive quote for a replacement liner, pump, sand filter, new plumbing valves, labor and pressure test. The crew came out shortly thereafter to remove the debris and old liner and smooth out the sand bottom and walls. When the liner arrived, the crew came back to install. The workers were efficient, professional, knowledgeable and well organized. The installation crew boss had more than 20 years experience working with pools. They hauled away all the debris and I ordered truck loads of water to fill. When the water line reached the pool skimmer, one very knowledgeable crew member returned to smooth out liner crinkles, and test the pump. He added the chlorine and algaecide and taught me how to operate the pump/filter. The finished pool looks terrific. I have also hired Leisure World to do the winterization this fall. They will install a pool cover and take care of the pipes to prevent the lines from freezing. Attaching photos to show the finished product. If I had "before" pics, I would share those too to demonstrate the contrast. The final icing on the cake happened when Tod sent his son Eric to haul away the remaining debris. Eric did the haul away but then unasked he returned with some bumpers for the second ladder, which he installed with a smile, and some pool toys for my grandchildren. What a nice gesture! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Leisure World again for their pool installation and service.Posted on Google

Todd reached out to me first thing the following morning and apologized for the store being closed early. He offered to have my water tested and did so in a very timely manner. While I was frustrated at the time, Todd and his team took great care of my pool and needs. I will continue to use Leisure World for my pool needs in the future!Posted on Google

b cI have purchased three hot tubs in the past from Leisure World Pools and couldn’t ask for better service and courteous business transactions. I have one of the hot tubs that I purchased from Todd Bessery back in May 1985 we had it installed permanently in our post and beam home and it works just as good today as it did 41 years ago original motor original pump if I ever need any service of any sort such as filters or chemicals. As a matter of fact we are going to have their crew install a inground pool this summer. I wouldn’t go any place other than leisure world I give them a full star rating only because I can’t give him a six star rating

I just want to say thank you to Leisure World for the service they provide after the sale of the pool. It's very common in the sales industry to not receive great service and communication after you buy something. That is not the case at all with Tod and team at Leisure World. They do a helluva a job taking care of people after a major purchase. I know I can be high maintenance at times when things aren't working properly, or I can't figure something out. And the gteam at Leisure World are always fast to respond and help me. I have already and will continue to refer them to anyone who asks.Posted on Yelp
Valerie R.Late last fall we conducted to have a an above ground pool, with a deep end installed. Project wasn't completed until early June, largely delays by things outside of anyone's control. At all times, Leisure World and the contractor involved were very responsive, helpful, and courteous, always taking time to explain and answer the questions we had along the way. Andrew K.I have noticed that the service department from Leisure World Pools has improved dramatically over the past couple of years. Yesterday the O-ring on my filter house broke and I emailed Tod. He sent his son, who works for the Store, out and he showed up at my house just a few hours later and repaired the broken part. They didn't charge me any money for this Repair and I appreciated the hasty response. They also help me reprogram my pump earlier this season for free. When they were here they grabbed a water sample to test at the store which was very convenient since I am disabled and cannot drive and drop off samples myself.Posted on Yelp

We have purchased three hot tubs from them with fantastic fast, courteous service as a matter of fact, we have one of the hot tubs that we had permanently installed in our post and beam home in Underhill back in May 1985 and it's still going fantastic when I need any service of any sort, whether it'd be tub chemicals or filters I don't go or call any place else. I,m now on my 2nd hot tub purchase. The 1st was 2017 and still going strong at my old residence. Summer of 2024 I went to look at another hot tub for my new home and was again greeted with friendly knowledgable staff. platinum spas was our next buy and Tod made the sale and delivery very easy and pleasant. His service/sales staff did a great job in placing the hot tub and were very particular about its placement. The quality of the Platinum hot tub is excellent unfortunately After 4 months, I had a control panel issue.(November / December) (our hot tub is a big part of our health care ) After chatting with Tod , Eric from service came out to review the issue and a warranty control panel was sent and replaced . The overall quality of service / sales from leisure world is truly 5 . I highly recommend .
